Interim Support

To deliver a project or run a client’s function managing client resources, or provide ad-hoc advisory on special projects/topics, or augment client teams, typically for 3 months or more

Interim support solutions are most suited when:

  • speed is critical, or the costs of inaction are considerably high, and increasing in time

  • clients have insufficient staff capacity or staff lacks the specific capabilities, managerial or technical skills, experience, or seniority required
  • scope of work is relatively limited compared to company operations, and on topics clients are generally familiar with

Interim support solutions fit many situations, but are typically best suited when clients deal with changes, crises, or are in a transitional state, for example:

  • Set-up & launch of new units, ventures, programs, products

  • Design/change corporate structure, governance, organization

  • Management of special projects and programs (e.g. acquisition, PMI)

  • Temporary management of business units or functions due to vacancies

Lean Consulting

To deliver consulting engagements, complemented by client resources staffed (part or full time) on the projects in core and support delivery roles; project durations vary (min. 2 weeks)

Lean consulting solutions are most suited when:
